Reasons why you don't like public transportation?

Romana Stiman: Public transport can be filthy, slow, noisy, stinky, crowded, hot or cold. Fellow passengers can be rude, obnoxious, they can spread sickness with their coughing and personal contact, rub up against you, pick your pockets or purse. The list goes on and on. Why don't you give public transport a go so you can see for your self?

Riley Migl: Kids always running to different seats, shouting to their "mates", swearing, its always cramped, rusted, breaking seats, broken windows.

Stanton Villao: I actually do like public transportation..It isn't that bad. But some reasons I don't like it:-The expense(the bus fare is $3.00 where I live).-It's pretty slow because they take long routes around the city before you actually get to your stop. They also have to pick up everyone at each bus stop along the road.-it could be pretty dangerous because anyone can really get on the bus. you never know what type of person they are and could easliy bring dangerous weapo! ns on with them....Show more

Ervin Overbee: mute man: you pay "the man" everytime you get your car registered, inspected or pay a toll.. or a fine for that matter. you pay "the man" much more for private transportation than public. My reasons: It's dangerous (sketchy people, places, odd hours, walks in the dark) It's actually not that cheap if you own a car. Karey Dunken: I catch the bus every day to work: not reliable, constantly stoppingg to let passengers on and off. Sometimes dont get a seat cause bus packed, spend 2 hrs a day on public transport = 10 hrs a week. Obese pple sitting next to u and squashing u, loud school kids, sharing bus w pple who dont believe in deeoderant the list goes on

What's That?I live out in the country... 7 miles from the nearest grocery store, 20 miles to the nearest medium sized town and 45 miles to the hospital where I get medical care. There IS NO public transportation where I live, and I don't mind at all....Show more
