Kassie Kay: If a child has that much homework I would suggest trying to budget time to allow for exercise. If that cant be done during the week you could do more exercise on the weekend to make up for all the sitting doing homework during the week
Bernie Cerra: Discuss this with your parents. Perhaps you can exchange some school time for joining an organized team like baseball or gymnastics. Homework is important, but the physical play is vital to your health. With health, you can have everything. Without it, not so much.
Magda Vandergriend: Wow.. you're particularly going to have difficulty in college once you're predicted to do 2 hours of homework for each hour you spend in school..... No homework isn't undesirable for you. too plenty homework could be undesirable for little infants (like 5 to 7 years previous) however the older you get the greater concentrated time you could take care of.
Sheldon Lally: Education & Health are two of the most important! things you can have, so it's important to guard against losing either one. Homework usually consists of writing and studying, so I would recommend setting aside a block of time to do writing assignments, & whatever studying you have can be done while you're out for a walk or shooting baskets in the yard (notes can be written on 3 by 5 cards & slipped into your pocket to take anywhere & study from.)
Elmo Tervo: You have a real concern. You might try getting an exercise ball and just bouncing up and down on it and rolling around while you sit doing your homework could really help. Make sure to get one that is right for your size.It might even help you with your homework.http://exercise.about.com/cs/exercisegear/a/exerci......Show more
Toshiko Reimers: I mean like, when you get so much homework you could barely touch anything else but your notebook/binder, your pen, and your textbook.
Cristopher Gavalis: walk to and from close places instead of driving, don! 't forget your walking between classes
Schoolwork can influence the two understudies' physical and psychological well-being. As indicated by an examination by Stanford University, a 50percent of understudies considered schoolwork an essential source of pressure. An excess of schoolwork can bring about an absence of rest, headaches, exhaustion, and weight reduction.
